Are there any stores or designers out there that focus on making FLATTERING dresses for short people? I'm like, 4'10'' at the tallest and almost every dress I find, even in the smallest available size, is like.... right at my knees. It's really annoying I don't care if it's not in the US, as long as they're made for petites.

Bar Mitzvah dress for petite?
Please help me I was invited to a Bar Mitzvah and I need a dress.I'm pretty petite for a thirteen year old.. as in I can be a size 12 at stores like Limited Too. Also, I have a pretty distinct style. I'm not your average Abercrombie wearing teen. The dress should be able to fit a girl like me, & should be cute. Also, under 100 dollars would be great No No Stores because of sizing, style etc. Forever 21, Abercrombie, Hollister, AE, Aeropostale, JC Penney, WalMart, Target, Sears, etc.
