Its fab quite expensive though, i would go for a darker colour if you wanted a slimmer look as this is quite light but its lovely

That is a really beautiful dress. I'm 5 "2 myself and I don't wear anything longer than mid calf usually as I feel it makes me look shorter. However, that doesn't mean it will not suit you. If you wear it with high heels - I'm thinking platforms which are huge this season too - it will give you a boost in height. I think you should go for it and be confident and you'll look gorgeous! :)

As far as i know long dresses are a NO, NO for petite girls, i've seen many petite girls in long dresses and they didn't look so good. sorry, i suggest looking for another dress there are many beautiful short dresses out there . or u could custom make one like this but only shorter. Good luck

Not really. but i think that a baby doll dress from old navy would look really good with some flats for a petite person.

I think it's gorgeous- love the colour. A pair of silver strappy heels would be perfect for it and maybe a nice silver bracelet and stud jewel earrings.

I don't know how tall the model in the picture is but if your petite that dress will drag along the floor even if you wear heels being petite my self i'd go for what on an average/ tall height person would be a mid-calf length dress

Blue is the color for you!!

Hello, this is a very nice dress and I think that you have already made your mind up. If you want to look taller you need to choose a style that is slim fitting ( not flared out at the bottom) the lenght is great but depending on your body shape, you would look taller in a full lenght, slim line dress with a good pair of heels. choose what you like and feel beautiful in.

It's a beautiful one. I love blue. But it depends on your body. Good luck!

Yes; I'm petite and wear empire line a lot. if you want to accentuate your height even more, use a padded bra and a sparkly necklace (so people look up towards your chest and neck) and skin colour tights with high-heel shoes that are similar in tone to your skin (cream for white, tan for asian, brown for black) as this will give the illusion that your legs go 'on and on'. Avoid ankle straps on the shoes. Also (as someone who is petite and knows the rules inside out)- you CAN wear long dresses. As they are meant to be long, they show your shortness less than shorter skirts ending too long on the leg which shows badly. NEVER try to pass off a tall knee length as longer- the cut round the hips will be wrong. With a prom dress, trailing is better than hovering above the ankle as tall people get!
