Petite Coat

Question: Does trench coat make you look more petite?

I am only 5'3'' in height but I just found a really cute and reasonably priced trench coat. I wonder if I would look OK on small- sized person like me. By the way it's about 3'' above my knees. And also is trench coat a little too dressy to go to school with? Thanks. I got it at Ross, just $20 (original price 's $70) :D But you've got to go there alot in hope of getting a bargain.

I looooove trench coats. It just looks so.... nice. lol Better than big puffy jackets or itchy wool coats.. ;) I'm looking for some cute ones as well.. any ideas on where I can get nice ones? = D

No. they will work for you! Trench coats are going to be really "in " this fall! Wear it over leggings & flats or ankle boots.
